Honestly with our busy schedules that Ruth and I had there was no way we could of planned our wedding with Debbie's help! She was perfect with scheduling everything for us, whether it was the cake, the dresses for all the bridesmaids, the recommendations for the DJ, who was awesome, even to the Limo service. The last month leading up to the wedding day was so hectic with deadlines to meet and final preparations, but Debbie made it very easy for us, which took the stress of everything off our shoulders. Kevin and I live in Rhode Island and needed help planning our destination wedding in Lake George, NY.  Debbie McNairy Wedding Coordinator came to our rescue.  Starting a year in advance, Debbie helped us plan and make all the arrangements.  When we hit those lovely wedding speed bumps with vendors, it was nice having Debbie on our side.  Debbie made me feel like a celebrity with an assistant.  With her calming nature and assertive manner, she got the job done.  Debbie also had many contacts to offer and introduced us to our officiant. 

My Mom & Sister were especially relieved on “the day of” because Debbie did all the last minute details of delivering gifts, wedding flowers, wedding license, making sure everyone and everything was in place.  It permitted us to have our special time together before the wedding.  Debbie was so incredibly well prepared; she even had a sewing kit to fix a bustle when it came undone.  Debbie was a godsend in so many ways; even on the limo ride to the airport when I didn’t remember what I did with something, I gave her a call.

We had originally hired Debbie as our "day of" coordinator, and from the beginning she was helpful, readily available and supportive without being intrusive. With less than one month to go before our wedding, our guest list was cut in half due to family drama and both my fiance and I suddenly became victims of the upstate NY economy. I am normally calm in a crisis, but these two factors were more than I could handle. I can't remember how many times I called Debbie crying hysterically, but each time she dropped everything to help me figure out the next step, and through it all reminded me of what was important. She never lost patience with me when I was falling apart.

Debbie assisted me throughout the day, directed the vendors as needed, came up with innovative solutions to every single problem that arose. What could have been a series of sacrifices turned into the wedding of my dreams.

Debbie McNairy was a great help to me and my husband on our wedding day.  We planned the wedding at our family's place, but wanted our loved ones to be able to enjoy the celebration without having to run around and worry about the logistics of the event.  Debbie made this all possible.  During that night, she took care of our managerial tasks, making sure the food was out on time, the band was paid, etc.  Prior to the wedding, Debbie made a great effort to meet with us and go over the plan for the day, offering her assistance whenever needed.  It was a great relief for us to have someone there we could trust to handle the last minute details.  Thanks to her hard work, the night was much more enjoyable for my entire family.
